1. Introduction

Welcome to CleanAuto Bot, accessible via cleanautobot.club. By using our platform, services, digital materials, or products, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

CleanAuto Bot offers automated cleaning robot services, including routine maintenance, software updates, and performance checks (“Services”). All Services are provided at the address you designate.

2.1 Scheduling and Rescheduling

Services may be scheduled through our Customer Support Form. To reschedule, notify us at least 24 hours before the appointment. Timely notice allows you to change the appointment without extra charge.

2.2 Cancellation and Refunds for Services

If you cancel a scheduled Service at least 24 hours before the appointment, you receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund but may receive a service credit valid for use within 90 days.

2.3 Non-Refundable Premium Installations

Premium installation Services that involve custom hardware configurations are non-refundable due to manufacturing and setup commitments. Once confirmed and parts are ordered, no refund is provided for these Services.

3. Information Products

CleanAuto Bot offers digital guides and training materials (“Info Products”). If an Info Product has not been accessed or downloaded, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

4. Goods

CleanAuto Bot sells cleaning robot units and accessories (“Goods”). If a Good is defective or damaged upon arrival, contact us within 30 days of delivery. You may send back the item in its original packaging with proof of purchase. After inspection, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleanAuto Bot and its affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential issues arising from use of our platform, Services, Info Products, or Goods. Our total liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific item or Service that gave rise to the claim.
